What Office Teams Actually Order From the Truck — BRO COFFEE

We have parked at enough office parks now to see a pattern, and it is not the one people plan for. If you are ordering coffee catering for your team, this is what actually happens at the window.

The first hour is all coffee

Before ten, it is lattes and americanos, in that order, and it is not close. Cappuccinos come third. Nobody orders a milkshake at 8:40 in the morning, however tempting the menu looks on a screen.

Milk is the thing people forget

Ask a room of thirty people what milk they want and you will get four answers. We carry whole, half & half, oat and skim on the truck for exactly this reason. Oat is not a niche request any more — at a typical Atlanta office it is comfortably a quarter of the orders.

After eleven it flips

Once the morning is over the coffee share drops off a cliff and frappes, smoothies and coolers take over — especially from May to September, when the walk across the parking lot is its own weather event. If your window runs into the afternoon, expect cold drinks to be most of it.

The second visit is bigger than the first

Almost every team we serve twice has a busier second morning. People who skipped the first one because they were in a meeting make a point of coming down. If you are trialling this for your office, judge it on the second booking, not the first.

Chai is the quiet winner

Every office has a handful of people who do not drink coffee and are used to being an afterthought at catered events. Chai tea lattes, smoothies and shakes cover them, and they notice.

Booking one

See office coffee catering for how a morning runs, or corporate events for launches and client days. Put your break times on the booking form and we will set the window around them.
