What Coffee Catering Actually Costs in Atlanta — BRO COFFEE

The first line of almost every email we get is some version of how much? It is a fair question and an awkward one, because a coffee truck is not a product with a price tag. It is a crew, a truck, a tank of fuel and a block of your day. Two events with the same guest count can quote very differently, and it is worth knowing why before you compare anybody’s numbers.

Headcount, but not the way you think

A hundred guests who all arrive at once is a harder job than two hundred who trickle in across four hours. What we are really pricing is the peak, not the total. When you send a headcount, tell us the shape of the day too: one reception rush, or a steady office morning.

How long the window is open

Setup and breakdown happen either side of the hours you book, and they take real time. A two-hour service window is not a two-hour job for us, which is why very short bookings rarely cost half of a longer one. If you are choosing between two short windows and one long one, ask us both ways — sometimes the longer block is barely more.

Where the truck has to go

We are based in Tucker and cover the Atlanta metro. A venue twenty minutes out and a venue on the far side of Hall County are different drives, and the second one costs more in fuel and hours. Distance is a line on the quote, not a hidden surprise.

What ends up on the menu

Espresso drinks, frappes, snowballs, smoothies, shakes and coolers all come off the same truck, so a wide menu does not automatically cost more. What changes the number is volume of the expensive stuff — a crowd that drinks nothing but double-shot lattes for three hours uses more than one that mostly orders snowballs. Have a look at the full menu and tell us what you expect your people to reach for.

The three ways to pay

Per Guest is a flat rate for the headcount you give us, and it is the easiest to budget. Per Cup means you pay for the drinks that actually get poured. Post-Pay settles after the event on what was served. Same truck, same crew — the difference is who carries the risk of a turnout nobody can predict. There is a whole post on choosing between them on this blog.

Getting an actual number

Send the booking form with your date, venue and a rough headcount and we come back quickly with a real figure, not a range. If the date is not locked yet, send it anyway — knowing what a Saturday in October looks like is useful even while you are still deciding.
