Per Guest, Per Cup or Post-Pay: Which to Pick — BRO COFFEE

We quote every event three ways and let you choose. People usually pick in about ten seconds once they see what each one is for, so here it is plainly.

Per Guest

One flat rate multiplied by your headcount. You know the total before the day starts and nobody is watching a tab. This is what almost every wedding, birthday and private party takes, because a host should not be doing arithmetic during their own event. It is also the right answer when you are covering drinks for a fixed group — a class, a chapter, a camp, a team.

Per Cup

You pay for the cups that go out the window, and nothing for the ones that do not. This is the honest option when you genuinely cannot predict turnout: an open house, a drop-in morning, a neighborhood event where twenty people or two hundred might show. If your guest count is a shrug, this is your model.

Post-Pay

The event runs, we count what was served, and you settle afterwards. Companies and organizers with a purchase-order process usually want this one, because it produces a single invoice after the fact instead of a deposit-and-balance dance. Sponsors covering drinks at a gala or a station appreciation morning use it for the same reason.

How to choose in one line

If you know your headcount, take Per Guest. If you do not, take Per Cup. If your accounting department needs an invoice after the event, take Post-Pay. Still unsure? Put your event on the booking form and we will tell you which one we would pick in your position — including when it is the cheaper one for you.

What none of them change

The truck, the crew, the equipment and the menu are the same in all three. Nobody gets a smaller setup for choosing a different line on the quote. See the event types we cover for how this plays out in practice.
