Let's Get the Truck
to Your Event.
Good coffee. Anywhere you need it.
Book Your EventMost couples slot us into one of two windows: cocktail hour, while photos happen, or after dinner when the dancing starts and guests want something warm. The truck parks at the venue edge or in the courtyard, the awning folds out, and the window turns into its own photo spot. Guests order what they want — a cappuccino for grandma, a strawberry snowball for the flower girl — instead of one batch drink for everyone.
The wedding menu usually leans on lattes, cappuccinos and chai tea lattes, with oat and skim milk on hand. Kids and non-coffee drinkers get smoothies, shakes and coolers. On pricing, most weddings take Per Guest — one flat rate for your headcount — though Per Cup and Post-Pay work too. Send the booking form with your date and venue and we reply with a quote within 24 hours.
Can you serve during cocktail hour and again after dinner?
Yes. Send us the run of the day and we set two serving windows — the truck stays parked at the venue in between.
Do you fit venues with strict vendor rules?
Usually. Everything happens inside the truck, so we don't need kitchen access — only a place to park. Send your coordinator's requirements with the form and we work to them.
