Good coffee. Anywhere you need it.
Book Your EventA gala has one obvious coffee moment and most venues handle it badly: after the program, when the room stands up all at once. Banquet coffee has been sitting in an urn since the salad course. We park at the entrance or under the porte-cochere, so guests pass the window on the way out and get something actually made for them. Silent auction hour works too, when people are circling tables and want a reason to keep standing.
Late-evening orders are almost all espresso: americanos, cappuccinos, lattes and chai tea lattes, with a few frappes for the summer galas. Sponsors often cover the coffee outright, which is easy on Post-Pay or Per Cup because the invoice goes straight to them; an organization budgeting per attendee fits Per Guest. Send the date, venue and rough headcount on the booking form and we quote quickly.
Can you serve as guests are leaving?
That is the slot we recommend. Put the program end time on the form and we open before it.
Can a sponsor cover the coffee?
Yes. We invoice the sponsor directly on Post-Pay or Per Cup, and guests are never asked to pay at the window.
