to Your Event.
Good coffee. Anywhere you need it.
Book Your EventPTA and PTO groups book this one. We park in the bus loop, the staff lot or the courtyard, and pour through the periods you give us — teachers come out on planning periods and at lunch, get a drink made to order, and are back in the room before the bell. Nobody leaves campus and nobody has to organize a coffee run. It works the same way for staff in-service days and volunteer appreciation.
Staff crowds go for lattes, cappuccinos, americanos and chai tea lattes, and for iced drinks once May gets warm. On payment, most schools take Per Guest for a known staff count or Per Cup for what was actually served — whichever is easier for the PTA budget. Send your dates and the bell schedule in the form and we quote quickly.
Can you serve across several short breaks?
Yes. Send the bell schedule and we pour through the periods you pick, then stay parked in between.
How does payment work from PTA funds?
Most schools use Per Guest for a set staff count or Per Cup for what was poured. Put what works for you in the form.
