Coffee Truck for Easter Events and Egg Hunts

(470) 979-66-63

Easter morning is the busiest Sunday a church has, and it is front-loaded: people arrive early, in the cold, for a sunrise service, and the parking lot never really empties until noon. We park by the entrance and open before the first service, then hold through the gap between services when the lawn fills with kids and plastic eggs. Neighborhood and club egg hunts run the same shape, just without the building.

Morning belongs to coffee — americanos, lattes, cappuccinos and chai tea lattes, with four milks so nobody is left out. Kids come off the lawn for shakes, smoothies and snowballs. Most congregations cover the drinks with Per Guest, one flat rate for expected attendance; Per Cup and Post-Pay are there if you would rather pay per drink. Send your service times on the booking form and we quote quickly.

Can you serve between two services?

Yes, and that gap is usually the busiest stretch of the morning. Put both service times on the form and we plan around them.

How early can you be ready for a sunrise service?

Before it. Tell us the start time and we are set up and pouring ahead of the first arrivals.
