Good coffee. Anywhere you need it.
Book Your EventTwo different customers turn up at a craft fair, and both are ours. The makers are stuck at their tables from setup to teardown and cannot go looking for coffee. The shoppers are browsing slowly, in no hurry, and a drink in hand is part of the day. We park at the entrance or in the vendor row, which works whether the fair is on a square, in a school gym or inside a church hall — the truck stays outside the door and people come out to it.
Holiday craft fairs are all hot drinks: lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, chai tea lattes. Spring and summer markets flip to coolers, smoothies and frappes. Organizers usually take Per Cup or Post-Pay so the cost tracks attendance; some sponsor a vendor break window and cover those drinks on Per Guest. Send your fair dates and layout on the booking form and we reply quickly.
Can vendors order without abandoning their booth?
Most send someone over during a lull. If you want a set vendor window before the doors open, tell us and we hold one.
Our fair is indoors. Does that work?
Yes. We park at the entrance and serve the doorway, which is how most indoor holiday fairs book us.
