Book Your EventSchools book us for the events where attendance is the whole problem. A coffee truck in the car loop turns a rainy Tuesday drop-off into something parents actually stop for, and a truck at the fall carnival keeps families on campus instead of leaving after the third game booth. PTAs use us for curriculum night, spring fairs, staff appreciation weeks and the volunteer breakfast nobody has time to cook for.
Parents order coffee, kids order snowballs and shakes, and the menu covers both without a second setup. Milk options are whole, half & half, oat and skim. On money, a PTA usually has a fixed budget, so Per Guest gives you one number to approve; Per Cup or Post-Pay works when you would rather pay only for what goes out. Tell us on the booking form what the event is and what you are working with, and we come back quickly with a quote you can take to the board.
Can we run this as a fundraiser?
Put the numbers you need on the booking form and we work them out with you before you commit to anything.
Can you be there for morning drop-off?
Yes. The car loop is one of our regular school bookings, and we set up before the first bus.
