Here is how a shoot day goes. We park wherever your locations manager puts us — a lot corner, a back street, the edge of basecamp. The awning folds out, the window opens, and the baristas pour through the whole day, however long it runs. The truck stays out of frame and off your set. Grips, PAs, talent, producers: the window serves whoever walks up, in whatever order they come.

Coffee carries a long shoot day: ristretto, espresso, americano, latte, cappuccino, chai tea latte, with whole, half & half, oat, or skim milk. For hot exterior days, add frappes, coolers, smoothies, or snowballs to the order. On pricing, pick what fits production accounting: Per Guest is a flat rate on headcount, Per Cup bills only cups actually served, Post-Pay settles after the event. Send the booking form and we quote your shoot within 24 hours.

Can the truck stay out of the shot?

Yes. Tell us where the camera looks and we park outside it — a side street, a lot corner, the far end of basecamp. Anywhere the truck can park works.

Will you be pouring by call time?

Yes. Put your call time on the booking form and we arrive early enough to be set up and serving before it, then stay as long as the schedule needs.
