Book Your EventRecruitment is several long days back to back, and by day three the chapter is running on fumes. A truck at the house covers the members working rounds and the potential new members walking between them. Bid day is the opposite energy and mostly cold drinks. Philanthropy events, parents weekend and finals-week study nights fill in the rest of our campus calendar.
It matters that this is a setup with nothing to card at the door: espresso drinks, frappes, smoothies, shakes, coolers and snowballs, which is exactly why chapters and campus organizations use us for events that need to stay dry. Per Guest suits a chapter with a known roster; Post-Pay suits a multi-day recruitment week where nobody wants to count. Send your dates on the booking form and we reply with a quote quickly.
Can you come several days in a row for recruitment?
Yes. A block of days is easier to schedule than scattered singles, so send the whole week at once.
Do you serve late?
We set the window with you. Late study nights and post-event slots are normal bookings for us.
