Book Your EventCamps book us for two completely different reasons. The first is staff week, before the campers arrive, when counselors are training all day and someone realizes the coffee situation is a single pot in the dining hall. The second is treat day: the truck rolls in mid-afternoon and every camper gets a snowball or a shake, which buys the staff an hour of pure goodwill. End-of-session family days and camp open houses run the same way with parents added.
Snowballs in five flavors, milkshakes, smoothies and coolers are the camper side. Staff order iced coffee and lattes and mean it. Per Guest is the natural fit here because a camp knows its exact headcount weeks ahead — one flat rate for every camper and counselor. Send the session dates and your numbers on the booking form and we quote quickly.
Can you do a treat day for the whole camp?
Yes, that is our most common camp booking. Per Guest covers every camper and counselor at one rate.
Do you come for staff training week too?
Yes. Early mornings during staff week are a regular slot for us.
