Book Your EventThe trick with a station is timing, not menu. Shift change is the one moment both crews are in the same building, and it is early, so we set the serving window around it rather than around business hours. Departments book us for EMS Week, National Police Week, hospital staff appreciation and academy graduations. Local businesses book us too, sponsoring a morning at a station near their office as a thank-you that actually gets used.
Crews order plain and strong: americanos, lattes, cappuccinos and ristrettos, with whatever milk they take. Family days add smoothies, shakes and snowballs for the kids. When a company is covering it, Post-Pay or Per Cup bills the sponsor for exactly what was served; a department covering its own roster fits Per Guest. Tell us the station and the shift times on the booking form and we quote quickly.
Can you serve across a shift change?
Yes. Give us the changeover time and we open before it so both crews get through the window.
Can a company sponsor the truck for a station?
Yes, and it is common. The sponsor is billed on Post-Pay or Per Cup and the crew pays nothing.
