Housewarmings, anniversaries, HOA socials, Sunday brunches: you point at the spot, we set the awning, and the party has its own coffee shop for the afternoon.
For a mixed crowd the whole menu stays open: lattes and chai for the coffee people, smoothies and coolers for the rest, shakes for the kids. Private parties usually pick Per Guest — one flat rate, no math during the party. Per Cup fits smaller or drop-in crowds.
