Let's Get the Truck
to Your Event.
Good coffee. Anywhere you need it.
Book Your EventHere is how it works on the day. The truck parks where you tell us: the bus loop, the parking lot, the quad. We fold out the awning, open the serving window, and the baristas start pulling shots inside. Teachers grab lattes between classes during appreciation week. Parents line up before the graduation ceremony. Kids come through for snowballs at the fair. We handle the line; you run your event.
Students go for the snowballs: strawberry, blue raspberry, cotton candy, tiger’s blood, mango. Smoothies and shakes sell well too. Staff and parents want espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and chai. Pricing works three ways: Per Guest is a flat rate for your headcount, Per Cup means you pay only for cups actually served, Post-Pay settles after the event. Per Cup fits fundraisers where turnout is a guess. Send the booking form and you get a custom quote within 24 hours.
What can students order if they don't drink coffee?
Snowballs in five flavors, smoothies, shakes, and fruit coolers. The espresso side of the menu is there for staff and parents.
Where does the truck set up on school grounds?
Anywhere it can park: a parking lot, bus loop, or courtyard the truck can reach. Baristas serve from the window under the fold-out awning.
