Book Your EventGrad parties have the widest guest list of any event we do. Grandparents want a cappuccino, the aunts want iced coffee, and twenty classmates want snowballs and milkshakes. One truck covers all of it, and everybody orders for themselves instead of picking from one thing set out on a table. We park in the driveway or on the street out front, and the window ends up in the photos with the cap and gown.
Most grad parties take Per Guest — one flat rate for a known headcount, no tab to watch while you host. Per Cup and Post-Pay work too. One practical note: May and June weekends stack up and dates go early, so send yours as soon as the ceremony date is set. Put it in the booking form and we reply with a quote quickly.
How early should we book a May or June date?
As early as you can. Graduation weekends stack up and those dates fill first.
Can you serve at the ceremony and the party after?
Yes. Put both times on the form and we set two serving windows.
