Book Your EventA meet works on its own clock. Cars roll in from seven, people walk the rows with a cup in hand, and by ten it thins out. We park where the organizer puts us — the end of a row, near the entrance, the edge of the lot — fold out the awning and open the window before the first cars arrive. The navy truck sits well next to the show cars, and the line at the window is where people end up talking.
Mornings are espresso, americanos, lattes and cappuccinos; by mid-morning it turns to frappes, coolers and smoothies. Organizers usually take Per Cup or Post-Pay so you pay for what was actually poured, whether thirty cars show or three hundred. Send the date and the lot on the booking form and we reply with a quote quickly.
How early can you be set up?
Put your start time on the form. We arrive before the first cars roll in and pour as the lot fills.
Can you park in with the show cars?
Yes — wherever the organizer wants us. We need room for the truck and the fold-out awning, nothing else.
